Cardinal Investment Advisors Appoints Marc Tourville as President and Stephanie Hebron as Chief Administrative Officer

Cardinal Investment Advisors establishes key leadership positions, appoints Marc Tourville as President and Stephanie Hebron as Chief Administrative Officer.

We are excited to announce that Marc Tourville has been elected as Cardinal’s President effective immediately.  A multi-year transition plan is in place to transition Marc’s current responsibilities toward leadership in his new role.

Stephanie Hebron will become Cardinal’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the formalization of a role she has filled since 2019.

Cardinal has grown over the past 22 years from six clients and six employees to serving 72 clients with combined assets of $270 billion today.  Cardinal currently employs 44 team members and we anticipate adding to our team in the near future.  We recognize the need to evolve as our firm grows and establishing centralized leadership positions is a critical step in our forward-looking business strategy.  Cardinal is unwavering in our commitment to provide best-in-class consulting services to institutional clients in an independent and conflict-free manner.

Marc Tourville, CFA is President and Managing Director and has worked at Cardinal since 2004.  Marc currently serves several institutional clients and is a member of the Fixed Income research team.  Prior to Cardinal, Marc worked in the Insurance Analytics Group at SS&C Technologies using Dynamic Financial Analysis (DFA) models to evaluate capital allocation and risk-adjusted returns on capital.  Prior to SS&C, Marc was a Captain in the US Air Force managing the F-16 Multi-National Fighter Program for Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal. Marc holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from The Ohio State University.  He received his CFA charter in 2005.  He became a Member-Owner in 2006.

Stephanie Hebron, CPA is a Managing Director and has worked for Cardinal since 2003.  Stephanie currently performs multiple financial and administrative roles at Cardinal.  Stephanie formerly served clients as a consultant and analyst before transitioning her responsibilities in 2019.  Prior to Cardinal, Stephanie worked for Arthur Andersen and KPMG, where she was an associate in their respective financial planning and tax groups.  She holds a BA in Finance and MSBA in Accounting from Washington University in Saint Louis.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.  She became a Member-Owner in 2011.
