John joined Cardinal in 2005 as a performance analyst and is the lead manager research analyst regarding private real estate and REITs. Prior to joining Cardinal, John worked as an Investment Consultant with Oppenheimer & Company where his primary focus was creating comprehensive financial plans through asset management and alternative investments. He was also a Managing Member of Wynstone Land Investments, LLC which focused on residential real estate and property management. John also serves as Vice-President of the Shiloh, Illinois Pension Police Board.

John holds a BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Finance degree from Saint Louis University.
