Cardinal named One of the Best Places to Work in Money Management for Ninth Year in a Row
Pensions & Investments has honored Cardinal Investment Advisors as one of the Best Places to Work in Money Management in 2023. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have received this prestigious award again, as we have annually since 2015. It’s incredibly satisfying to have our hard work in creating a top-notch working environment recognized.
Working in conjunction with Best Companies Group, Pensions & Investments produced the 2023 list of top companies to work for through a two-step process. It was designed to gather detailed data about each organization, including how many employees they have in the U.S., the amount of discretionary assets they have under management or advisement, and how long they’ve been in business.
Cardinal Investment Advisors is an independent company wholly owned by its employees, which concentrates exclusively on consulting institutional investments. For over two decades, this has been our sole area of expertise. The company’s objective is to provide unique liability streams by developing, implementing and sustaining customized investment strategies that help clients meet their investment and operational targets in an unbiased and conflict-free manner.
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative workplace that focuses on work/life balance and providing a holistically attractive career environment while also offering excellent retirement benefits. Our employees enjoy company group activities and we make a conscious effort to volunteer and give back to our community as much as possible.
Marc Tourville, President and Managing Director, said, “As a consulting firm, our people are Cardinal’s most important asset. We work hard to find and retain talented and passionate individuals who are dedicated to going above and beyond for our clients. Our people are our competitive advantage and what differentiates Cardinal from other firms. We are happy to get this recognition and feedback that our team is engaged, valued and supported. More importantly, this employee survey allows us to learn in which areas we can make changes and adjustments to continue to invest in our colleagues and meet their needs.”
